PREAMBLE
The personal data collected for the services provided represent a valuable asset and a good to be protected, and therefore procedures and behaviors are adopted to ensure their safeguarding. Transparency towards data subjects is therefore a primary objective, pursued through effective tools aimed at making basic information on the processing of their data available to stakeholders.
GENERAL INFORMATION PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND METHODS OF PROCESSING
Personal data are processed exclusively for purposes that fall within the institutional duties of the Administration or for the obligations provided by laws or regulations. Within these purposes, the processing may concern the data necessary for the management of relations with Sonia Masocco, including data provided at the time of registration or use of online services. Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected. The personal data collected will be processed based on the consent given by the user and/or by virtue of legal provisions for reasons of significant public interest based on national or Union law. In any case, all citizens concerned by the services are informed that the data will be processed:
• in a lawful, correct, and transparent manner towards the data subject, in compliance with the general principles set out in Art.5 of the GDPR;
• with specific security measures taken to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
REFERENCES AND RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
• A Data Protection Officer has been appointed, to whom you can contact to exercise all the rights provided by Articles 15-21 of the GDPR (right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection).
• in case of no response to their requests, data subjects may file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for the protection of personal data (GDPR - Art.13, paragraph 2, letter d).
CATEGORY AND ORIGIN OF DATA PROCESSED
All personal data provided, whether paper or electronic, will be processed lawfully, correctly, and transparently in order to provide the requested services as well as to respond to users' communications and questions.
• Browsing data: the computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of the institutional website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Among the data collected are information relating to access, such as IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, as well as other parameters regarding the IT environment used by users. Such data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes of this notice.
• Data provided voluntarily by the user: the optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site or the use of reserved areas and the completion of web forms, entails the subsequent acquisition and processing of the data necessary to provide the requested service, as well as any other personal data entered. Specific information may be provided or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request. Where access to particular services is subject to registration after providing personal data, the following general provisions apply:
- personal data, collected and stored in databases, will be processed by employees appointed by the data controller, and will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties, except in cases provided by law and in the manner permitted by it;
- the data subject has the right to exercise the rights provided for in this notice.
RECIPIENTS
The data will be processed exclusively for the use of Sonia Masocco and may be disclosed to external parties acting as managers or maintainers of electronic tools or to other external parties where communication is required by law or regulation or is necessary for the performance of institutional tasks and purposes.
RETENTION PERIOD
The personal data collected and processed according to this Information Notice will be retained by the Data Controller for the period required by law for the provision of the service and in any case for the time necessary to carry out the institutional tasks of the Administration or for the obligations provided by laws or regulations.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject may, at any time, exercise the following rights:
1. to access personal data;
2. to obtain the updating, rectification, or integration of incomplete data;
3. to obtain the erasure of data, their transformation into anonymous form, or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
4. to obtain certification that any modifications or deletions have been brought to the attention, also regarding their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated, except as provided by law;
5. to obtain the restriction of processing;
6. to object to processing;
7. to data portability;
8. to withdraw consent, where provided: withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
9. to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority).
PROVISION OF DATA
The user is free to provide the personal data indicated in the request forms for the various services offered by the site. Failure to provide any requested data may result in the inability to obtain the service. Additional personal data may be provided voluntarily by the User through requests sent to Sonia Masocco.
